The growth of our company and client list over the past several years has led to the creation of a new position at LM: our Director of Client Services.
This new position will extend our reach in the communities we serve, paving the way for continued innovation and advancement for our team as a whole.
The hiring process has led us to a truly excellent candidate in Jennifer Leon, who will play an integral role on our leadership team.
Jennifer has a strong background in leadership, community involvement, and business development, and she has already impressed our team with her passion for the work we are doing to bridge language and culture gaps. She is also fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and she serves as an executive board member of the Greater Fort Wayne Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. We look forward to working with Jennifer to extend our reach and continue to generate impact in Indiana and across the midwest.
