General Job Description: 

The Services Specialist plays an active role in the continued growth of Language Matters. In our fast-paced, startup-minded environment, Specialists work directly with leadership and key decision-makers, bringing agility, initiative, and a willingness to wear multiple hats.

Specialists may deliver and manage services across areas such as tutoring, bilingual call center support, research, and translation, while also taking ownership of entire programs and managing client relationships—from day-to-day delivery to ongoing growth and success.

Hybrid 

Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with LM leadership and business partners to support client and company priorities

• Manage assigned client programs and relationships, coordinating service delivery and serving as a key point of contact

• Deliver and support services across LM’s business, including bilingual call center, tutoring, interpreters coordination, translation, and research programs

• Support business development, client communications, and other growth initiatives

• Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to improve client experience, service quality, and operational efficiency

• Support the onboarding, training, and development of other Specialists

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Bilingual— Proficient in both Spanish and English
