General Job Description: 

This position will be responsible for delivering LM’s Leaders Path Into College Program curriculum by conducting weekly sessions with Spanish and English-speaking High Schoolers. The instructor will prepare the lessons, compile any necessary lesson materials before each session, and teach the lessons following curriculum guidelines. He/She will submit brief reports of these sessions and student progress through Google Forms.

Temporary Position: 2 hours per week (6-7-month contract)

In-person: South Bend, IN (Fridays 12:54 pm - 1:44 pm and 2:42 pm - 3:30 pm)

Pay: $40 per hour

Major Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Follow LM Curriculum guidelines

• Prepare for each session

• Conduct weekly classes with high school students 

• Assess necessary changes to program schedule

• Report student progress to Directors

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Proficient in both Spanish and English

• Bachelor's Degree in Education (preferred)

• TESOL Certification (preferred) 

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
