General Job Description: 

Specialists take on the meaningful and exciting task of supporting the growth and maintenance of Language Matters. Specialists will assist Managers and Directors as they deliver services to clients and take on a variety of roles such as: tutoring, call center, and translation services as requested by company Managers and Directors. 

 

Remote

Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week

Compensation: $866.00 - $1,000.00 (USD) per month

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain consistent communication with Managers, Specialists, and other business partners

• Support LM lManagement team as they deliver a variety of services to clients

• Assist in the LM Bilingual Call Centers 

• Tutor LM tutoring clients (English, Spanish)

• Support leadership and current Language Specialists with translation projects

• Support leadership with business development and communication projects

• Make recommendations to Management team to improve the services provided

• Support Managers as they train other Specialists

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Proficient in both Spanish and English

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Business or Communications preferred but not necessary)

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• 2 years of experience (preferred but not required)
